Additional copies

Ordering additional copies of your deed poll allows you to inform more than one organisation of your name change at a time. Unlike other deed poll providers, our additional copies are exactly the same as your original deed poll document, not a photocopy. Therefore your additional copies will be accepted by all UK government departments, companies, and other entities, just as your original is.

Processing service

We process all deed poll application within four working days of receipt. If you need your deed poll quickly, you can upgrade to either Priority processing which will cut the processing time to two working days or Express processing and we'll dispatch your deed poll on the same day as we receive your completed application**.

Standard processing (4 days) is included in the price of your deed poll
Priority processing (2 days) costs an additional £3.00
Express processing (same day) costs an additional £5.00

Please note: We dispatch all documents by first class post regardless of the processing service you choose. If you need guaranteed next day delivery, please call our freephone helpline on 604 757 1028 to discuss your requirements.

** Applications with express processing will only be dispatched on the same day if it is received on a week day (Monday to Friday) between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm. Applications received outside of those times will be dispatched on the next working day.
